Quality Management (QM)

QFHC consultants have extensive knowledge of and experience with the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process. We are experts in crafting highly effective performance measures using SMART principles and in developing or redesigning an organizations quality management program that is systematic, relevant to organization size and resource capacity, goal-driven, relevant to key operational areas, meaningful, evidence-based, multi-purpose and resource efficient. QFHC offers staff education in many QM processes, management principles, cultural change, and measurement methods.
